Referat fra styremøte i  VHL  13.01. 2016

Til stede: Kolbjørn Bugge, Gunnlaug Bjørgo Larsen, Karl A. Hansen, Karl Botolfsen, Sverre Gulbrandsen, Haldis Waag, Lisbeth Klausen, Karl Johan Solheim, Kjersti Arctander. Turid W Pedersen kom litt sent.

 

Strømmen gikk. Vi kom i gang med lommelykt, - så ordnet det seg.

Gunnlaug leste ord for dagen: «Privat huskeregel» av Kolbein Falkeid.

                   Orienteringssaker

  • Forespørsel om arkivarbeid fra landslaget for lokalhistorie. Haldis tar av seg av det.
  • Kolbjørn refererte brev fra P. Platou med ros for produktene til VHL.
  • Nytt brev sendt til Borg ang. parkeringsplassen under Skaftnesdagene. Ikke svar.
  • Referat fra møte 7.1.16 vedrørende prosjektet aktivitet for seniorer og eldre.
  • Referert om henvendelse fra Geir Haarr ang. opplysninger om behandling av britiske soldater ved Gravdal sykehus i 1940. Bokprosjekt.

 

Sak 3/16    Årsmøtet 2016

  • Dokumentene til årsmøtet ble gjennomgått og kommentert. Under fjorårets møte ble det bedt om at alle saksdokumentene til årsmøtet skulle være delt ut før møtet.  Årets dokumenter legges ut på heimesida, og de vil selvsagt også foreligge i papirformat på møtet.
  • Det ble lagt fram forslag til møteleder og sekretær. Noen til å underskrive protokollen og tellekorps finner vi på møtet.
  • På siste årsmøte kom det innsigelser mot at kaffepausen ble lagt inn i årsmøtet, den burde komme etter at årsmøtet var hevet. Dette ble drøftet, og vi fant ut at det vi har en  grei praksis på dette og vil beholde den slik den er.

 

Sak 4/16    Eventuelt

  • Det ble spurt om vi har kommet videre med å få på plass nytt innkrevingssystem for kontingenten etter at Mamut Norge AS gikk inn. Det ligger mye økonomi i at dette fungerer slik det skal.

 

Neste møte blir onsdag 9. mars 2016  kl 18.30.
