Sak 18/19  Innkalling og saksliste – godkjenning.  Referat fra siste

                  styremøte – godkjenning.  Orienteringssaker

                  Ingen merknader.  Innkalling, saksliste og referat ble godkjent.

 

                     Orienteringssaker:

                    1. Utbetaling av kjøregodtgjørelse. Styret vedtok at det utbetales

                        kr 3,50 pr km for kjøring.

                    2. Henvendelse fra John R. Pettersen ang. stedsnavn i Vestvågøy.

                       Vi ber Eldar og K.J. Solheim se på det.

                    3. Mail fra A.K. Statle ang. «piene» hos væreierne.  Saken oversendes

                      Bokredaksjonen v/Kjell Thore. Kanskje en historie i årboka?

 

 

Sak 19/19  Den kulturelle skolesekken – orientering. Godkjenning av

                  prosjekt og økonomi

                  Eldar orienterte om prosjektet.  Tilskuddet skal brukes til frikjøp, kjøre-

                    godtgjørelse, utlegg, kurs/veiledning, innkjøp av utstyr etc.  Dette i h.h.

                    til retningslinjene for tildeling av midler.

 

Sak 20/19  Arbeidsplan 2019/gjennomgang og oppdatering

                  Leder refererte arbeidsplanen for 2019:

                     Videreføring av skolesekken, rydding i Sagavn, Slektsgranskingskurs,

                    Tematur til Gimsøy, Kalenderen, Tematur til Sversvika, Skilting av

                     kulturminner, Tematur til Kleivan, Årboka og pakking/utsending.

                    Arbeidsplanen ble godkjent.

 

Sak 21/19 Heimesida – oppdatering

                 Roger orienterte om arbeidet så langt.  Sida er nå oppe og går

  1.   Arbeider videre med å digitalisere infoen om alle bildene som                 

                   er brukt i kalenderne.  Dette for at ikke bildene brukes flere ganger.

 

 

Sak 22/19 Lofotoratoriet – støtte til cd

                  Styret vedtok å gi støtte med kr 5 000.

 

Sak 23/19 «I manns minne» - støtte til bokprosjekt

                   Styret vedtok å gi støtte med kr 25 000 under forutsetning av at boken

                   blir realisert.   Se sak 13/19.

 

Sak 24/19 Samarbeidsavtale mellom  Borg og VHL

                   Tore og Eldar ser på avtalen og legger fram forslag til et senere møte.

 

Sak 25/19 Invitasjon til regionseminar og LFL`s møte i Alta

                   Styret vedtok å sende inntil 4 personer på regionseminaret i Vesterålen.   

                   Kommer tilbake til hvem som drar.

                   Vi vurderer å sende inn forslag på Eldar som utsending til Alta.  Han gir

                    beskjed til lederen om det er aktuelt.

 

Sak 26/19 Brev om kulturminneplaner

                   Eldar orienterte om prosjektet og utviklingen.

 

Sak 27/19 Salg av «Henning på Holmen»

                   Vi legger boken ut for salg på Libris. Lederen forhandler pris.

 

Sak 28/19 Eventuelt

                   1. Haldis minnet om arkivet til VHL som er lagret på rådhuset. 

                       Hva gjør vi dersom vi må flytte?  Lederen tar kontakt med forskjellige

                         aktører.  Tas opp på neste møte.

                   2. Eldar søker også i år om tilskudd fra kommunen på kr 25 000 til

                        aktivitetene i 2019.

 

Gunnlaug leste dikt av Sjur Ivarhus i kaffepausen.

 

Neste møte berammet til onsdag 8. mai 2019 kl. 18.30.
