Sak 27: Skaftnesdagen: Arrangementet gikk greit. Parkeringen likeså. Det må tilrettelegges bedre for de neste år. Bra økonomisk overskudd.

Svært godt produkt. Er lagt ut til salg på div butikker. Noen har solgt godt. Opplaget på 1200 diskuteres ved ny årgang. Stor takk til fotogruppa for innsatsen.

 

Sak 34/13 Minnesteinen og Islands-turen

Minnesteinen ble avduket på Leknes 8. juni.

Islands-turen ble gjennomført etter programmet og ble en svært vellykket tur på alle vis. Godt samhold under turen og gode fellesskapsopplevelser. Det ble gjort filmopptak, og vi skal forsøke å finne anledning til å vise det under et temamøte i høst.

Sak 37/13 Lagsarbeidet framover: styret, undergruppene og regnskap

Fotogruppa: Avtalen med kommunen må underskrives.

Slektsgransking: Kan vi klare å komme i gang med noe arbeid her i høst?

Årbokkomiteen: Arbeidet med årboka er i rute.

Regnskap: Av praktiske grunner gis lederen fullmakt til å ha tilgang til nettbanken for å kunne betale regningene fortløpende.
