Årsmøte 2020

REFERAT FRA ÅRSMØTET I VESTVÅGØY HISTORIELAG

                      28. JANUAR 2020 KL. 18.00

 

Møtet ble holdt på Trappa Kafe, Leknes med 39 deltakere.  Det hadde vært annonsert i Lofotposten, Lofot-Tidende og på historielagets hjemmeside.

 

Sak 1   Åpning v/leder

Lederen ønsket velkommen.  Han mintes mangeårige styremedlem

Karl Botolfsen, som gikk bort på sensommeren, med et dikt av Mikael Wiehe.  Han mintes også Tore Statle som gikk bort i 2019.  Han ba så forsamlingen reise seg og ta 1 min stillhet.

 

Sak 2  Konstituering

Styret hadde foreslått Arne Christoffersen til møteleder og Anita Dunvold til sekretær.  Begge ble valgt.

Til å underskrive protokollen: Solrunn Holm og Richard Lunde.

 

Sak 3  Årsmelding 2019

Styrets årsmelding ble delvis lest, delvis kommentert av leder Kolbjørn Bugge.  Laget har nå 530 medlemmer.

Vedtak: Årsmeldingen fra styret ble godkjent.

 

Undergruppene la ikke fram egen rapport i år, men var til stede for spørsmål.  Kjell T. Sletteng, Roger Pettersen og Haldis Waag fortalte også litt om arbeidet i undergruppene.

 

Sak 4  Regnskap for 2019

Regnskapet ble referert av kasserer Lisbeth Klausen.  Et underskudd på

kr 4 193.

Arne Christoffersen leste revisjonsberetningen.

Vedtak: Regnskap for 2019 med revisjonsberetning  ble godkjent.

 

Sak 5  Kontingentfastsetting 2020

Styret foreslo kr 425 i kontingent for 2020.

Vedtak: Styrets forslag ble vedtatt.

 

 

 

 

Sak 6  Budsjett for 2020

Budsjettforslaget  ble referert av kassereren.

Vedtak: Det framlagte budsjettforslaget for 2020 ble godkjent.

 

Sak 7  Arbeidsplan for 2020

Lederen la fram forslag fra styret om at aktivitetsnivået burde senkes noe i 2020.  Ønsket å videreføre påbegynte aktiviteter, bl.a. tur til Kleivan.

Ba også om forslag fra medlemmene.  Jarle Juliussen foreslo tur til Unstad med arkeolog.  Evt turer vil bli annonsert.
