Aspa-ætten er en samlebetegnelse for en gruppe sammenvevde norske slekter med adelige innslag, som i middelalderen spilte en betydelig rolle i norsk politisk og kirkelig historie. Hovedsetet var på og omkring gårdene Aspa og Boksaspa  på Aspøya, nå Tingvoll kommune.To sterke kvinner kom etterhvert til Hålogaland. Den ene var mor til den siste erkebiskopen i Norge, Olav Engebrechtsson. Den andre kom til Lofoten og hadde en rekke eiendommer her. Resten får dere høre av Torbjørn..
