Ord for dagen ved Karl Botolfsen: «Det er først på toppen at du ser motbakken førte deg fremover og oppover».

 

Gode ord og gratulasjoner ble gitt til Kolbjørn i forbindelse med den store dagen hans i sommer.

                        Orienteringssaker

  • Tilbudet om tur til Island er sendt ut til alle tillitsvalgte. VHL står ikke som arrangør, men vi er behjelpelige med å spre info om turen.

  • Protokoll fra KEY-klubben som var her på Leknes på 1970-tallet, er innlevert til arkivet.

  • Takk fra Svein Kongsjord for hilsen i forbindelse med tildelingen av Kongens fortjenestemedalje.

  • Eldar Andersen bør inviteres til å forelese på en temakveld om etterkommerne til Inger på Austråt.Det er visstnok en ganske tallrik «koloni» her i Lofoten.

  • Det er et jevnt sig av forespørsler etter bilder og slektsopplysninger.

     

    Sak 47/15       Økonomisk status

  •  

    Styret fikk seg forelagt en oversikt over regnskapet pr i dag. Det utestår fortsatt en del ubetalte kontingenter (vel 20.000 kr). Det er sendt ut to purringer. Vi vil sende en tredje, -  og stanser med det.                

     

  • Sak 48/15       Skaftnes 2016. Evaluering. Fastsetting av dato og tema.

                            Flere av styrets medlemmer planlegger å delta på neste års tur til Island. Avreisen vil skje samtidig med det tradisjonelle  tidspunkt for Skaftnesdagen. Det må derfor tenkes et alternativt tidspunkt for Skaftnes, kanskje helst ei eller to uker før.  Det må tas kontakt med husflidslaget for å drøfte dette. Før neste års arrangement, må der skje en utbedring av parkeringsplassen.  Vi bør ta dette opp med Borg (ev. fylling på jorden ved siden av fjøset).

                            Evaluering av årets arrangement ligger på hjemmesiden.

     

    Sak 49/15       Aktivitetsprogram høsten 2015

  • 16. aug: Tur til Slydalen. Vel gjennomført med mange deltakere. Referat legges på hjemmesiden.

  • 23. sept: «Fisket som rettighet for folket» v prof. Peter Ørebech.

  • 14. okt: Bedehuset / Fiskarheimen på Ballstad v/ Tore Haug.

  • Okt / nov: Markering av slektsforskningsdagen?

  • Okt / nov: Pakking og utsending av årboka og kalenderen.

     

    Sak 50/15       Fastsetting av tid og sted for årsmøtet 2016.

                            Onsdag 27. januar 2016 på Surprise, Leknes.

                            Forslag på kåsør: Jektefart ved Eldar Andersen.

                            Årsmeldingen legges på hjemmesiden.

     

    Sak 51/15       Lovendring ang valg (§ 5)

                            Jfr. sak 9/15 fra Årsmøtet.

                            Styret samlet seg om et forslag som var utarbeidet til dagens møte.  Det ble foretatt små presiseringer. Den      endelige formuleringen gjøres på neste møte.

    Sak 52/15       Eventuelt

                            Tur til krigsmuseet i Svolvær lørdag fk, med avreise fra Leknes kl. 10.00. Det undersøkes hvorvidt det er noen som er interessert i å dra.

     

    Neste møte blir onsdag 7. oktober 2015 kl. 18.30.
