Referat fra styremøte i Vestvågøy historielag 10. april 2013

Nye medlemmer.

Landsmøtet i Landslaget for lokalhistorie i år er 1.-2. juni i Rosendal.

Vi ser hvorvidt det kan passe at en person drar dit.

Spørsmål om markering av et forlis i 1901 utenfor Ure.

Kulturminnnedagene 8.-15. sept 2013. Tema: «Historiens kvinner og menn».

Div forespørsler til slektsgranskningsutvalget.

Burde vi fornye informasjonsbrosjyren for laget vårt? Vi har et eksemplar som trolig er laget på 1990-tallet.

　

Sak 19/13 «År for år i Vestvågøy», de ukjente fortellingene.

Bygdefilmfestivalen 12.-20. april -13.

VHL er samarbeidapartner med de ansvarlige for dette opplegget (AaslaugVaa). De er på utkikk etter bilder som det kan knyttes en fortelling til. Bildene skal avfotograferes på flg steder neste uke: Svarholt skole, Buksnes skole og Vestvågøy bibliotek. Resultatet skal vises på bygdefilmfestivalen neste år.

　

Sak 20/13 Kjøp av stasjonær PC.

Det er innhentet tilbud på en rask, kraftig maskin med 500 GB minne. Vi går til innkjøp.

　

Sak 21/13 Skaftnes 16. juni 2013.

 

Forslag på tema: Skaftnes og livet som foregikk der.

Parkeringen må vies ekstra oppmerksomhet. Vi drøftet forskjellige forslag til programinnslag. Medlemmer fra VHL i komiteen: lederen, Gunnlaug og Karl. Det kalles inn til komitemøte i neste uke.

Sak 22/13 Eventuelt.

Grophustuftene på Unstad. De er registrert, men ikke undersøkt. Initiativ fra Jarle Juliusssen mht tidfesting. Sak for arkeologer. Kontakter Narmo for å sjekke gangen i en sak som denne.

Forsamlingshus i Vestvågøy. Det ble en gang satt i gang et arbeid for å få en oversikt, men arbeidet ble ikke sluttført.

Hvordan går det med registreringen av butikker på 1950/60-tallet?

Lederen sitter på en del rapporter om fangeleirene på Vestvågøy, skrevet 6. mai 1945. Disse er tilgjengelig for interesserte.
