Aktiviteter i 2013

1. Den 25.august velger historielaget å ta en tur på gammelveien over Berget til Saupstadsiden. Dette er en tur der vi ønsker å stoppe opp og mimre litt, ettersom det var ganske spesielt å ferdes på denne veien. Undertegnede har flere ganger tenkt å ta turen over Berget, men først nå kan det bli aktuelt. Jarle Juliussen vil være ledsager på turen, men vi ønsker at det blir med deltakere som har noe å fortelle fra den tiden veien var i bruk.

Over på Saupstadsiden blir det kaffepause der vi tar for oss Saupstadfossens historie. Det kan passe godt siden vi i vår besøkte Heimerdalen Kraftverk på Eggum, og der Oscar Straum hadde en hånd med begge anleggene. Sønnen Kjell Oscar Straum blir kanskje også med på denne delen.

2. Historielaget ønsker seg mer kunnskap om gamleveien» mellom Øverbygda og Tussan/Gravdal, en vei som gikk forbi Hestnesset. Dersom noen har noe å fortelle eller opplysninger om denne veien, ønsker undertegnede å bli kontaktet.

3. I tillegg har vi et ønske om å finne ekte, lokale ord om været, om vind og stille, regn og solskinn, til lands og til havs, ulike værtegn m.m. Dette kan sendes til: Sagaveien 20, 8370 Leknes eller e-post:
