AKTIVITETSPLAN 2019 FOR VESTVÅGØY HISTORIELAG.

Videreføring av «Lokalhistorie i skolesekken»

Programmet er en videreføring av opplegg startet i 2018 med samarbeid mellom Landslaget for Lokalhistorie, Borg Vikingmuseum, Svarholt Skole og Historielaget.

Slektsgranskingskursing. Videreføres med 3 samlinger i vår. Biblioteket, Meieriet Kultursenter. Ansvarlig er Kirsti Arctander.

1.juni. Tematur til Nykmarka og turstien til gapahuken ved Grønlivannet. Her var den gamle kommunegrensen mellom Borge og Buksnes, og over fjellet mot øst var Valberg.

Oppmøte på parkeringsplassen i Nykmarka kl. 12.Ta med turmat.

Vestvågøykalenderen 2020. Kalender med gamle bilder med tekst fra Vestvågøy bearbeidet av fotogruppen i laget.

15.juni: Prosjekt Lofoten Farm Trail. Gjenåpning av gamle ferdselsårer mellom Lauvdalen,Helosan og Rolfsfjorden. Treffpunkt: Sara-steinen. Historielaget er ikke arrangør men anbefaler å være med på arrangementet.

17.Juli: Tematur til Sversvika med Caroline Fredriksen. Arkeolog og øyakjenner. I samarbeid med Lofoten Turlag.  Turen starter kl.18 fra parkeringsplassen i Flæsa. Ta med turmat.

NB! Mulig også tur til Bergsøyene. Kommer tilbake med opplysninger.

 

Skilting av kulturminner i Vestvågøy: Samarbeid med Nordland Fylkeskommune, Vestvågøy Kommune. Lofoten Turlag og Historielaget. Videeføring av opplysende skilting av kulturminner etter oppfordring av Historielaget.

 

31.august og 1.september: Tematur til Kleivan. NB!UTSATT TIL JUNI 2020

Åpent hus hos Aalaug Vaa. Åpning av Villa Lofotens kulturhistoriske anlegg. Laget anbefaler medlemmer og interesserte om å besøke anlegget disse dagene og være med på de mange interessante arrangementene.

 

September. Tematur til Gimsøy Historielag. Vi besøker Gimsøy Historielag og ser på bl.a. Gimsøy Bygdetun, Emma-stua på Barstrand, hører om dialektforsker Halfrid Christensen m.m.  Påmeldingstur.

 

Årboka LOFOTR 2019. Årboka er ferdig i oktober/november bearbeidet av årbokkomiteen.

Pakking og utsending av kalender og årbok. 600 eks. til medlemmer. Utlevering også til salgssteder på øya.
